Path to Canada is a Controller of the personal data you (data subject) provide us. We collect the following types of personal data from you:

  • Personal Data provided directly from you such as information provided through registration processes, communications with you, information downloads, service use, purchases, user support, surveys you complete.
  • Personal Data provided from your employer such as name, gender, and birth date.

  • Information Sharing between Partner Users: Users of the Services can review registered users profiles and provide internal feedback to Administrators and Approved Partner Users.

However, we may still send you notices of any updates to our Terms of Service or Privacy Policy even if you have indicated you do not wish to receive emails from us.

Survey participants may also have access to aggregate reporting if an Administrator configures the survey to allow such information to be displayed at the end of a survey.

A cookie is a feature of your web browser that consists of a text file that is placed on your hard disk by a web server. The Website uses cookies to help it compile aggregate statistics about usage of this Website, such as how many users visit the Website, how long users spend viewing the Website, how long users are logged into their account and what pages are viewed most often.
